Reservation procedures
Be
warned that you must stay off the slope
at the back of the green screen as it cannot
support weight and will break!
1) The reservation schedule is the only means by which one will arrange
to reserve the room, and this must be done by sending a reservation
request to Steve Wetzel at swetzel@uwm.edu
2) The reservation schedule will be updated immediately upon each new
reservation request, and can be found on the home
page
3) Each reservation request needs to include both an email and phone
contact of the individual responsible for the reservation request;
reservation
requests not accompanied by such contact information will not be logged
into the reservation schedule, thus nullifying the reservation request
4) All reservations need to be made more than 12 hours in advance of the
beginning time of the desired reservation
5) The room may be reserved in 4-hour intervals, no more than 3 times in a
week, and only twice per week during peak hours (4-10 p.m. on weekdays,
1-7 p.m. on weekends)
6) If no one is scheduled in the room after your reservation, you may
continue
to work until the next reservation
7) All reservations are to be made ONLY by Peck students, and only Peck
students are allowed to be principle functionaries of the room
8) Access (key code) will be given by instructors only, and is limited to
projects
directly related to UWM Peck course work
9) For students who have not completed one of the following courses
(Film 117, Film 118, Film 220, Art 212, Art 326, Art 456), a note from an
instructor is required
to reserve the room
10) Should you not comply with the above procedures then of course we'll
have a
long talk and assess whether or not you're mature enough to be given
access to
such an astounding production space
